Designed in 1934 the iconic Flame brooch, later named Haricot, illustrates the creative ways of wearing a piece of jewelry; used to adorn a hairstyle or on a jacket lapel, particularly with Jacqueline Kennedy, who wore hers on many occasions.
Van Cleef & Arpels brooch designed as a curved plaque, set with circular and baguette-cut diamonds, mounted in platinum; signed & numbered.
